After graduating with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications in the Philippines, I decided to take additional classes in Early Childhood Development because I love children. My first job in the United States was a kid's club attendant for 24-Hour Fitness for 3 years, where I took care of kids from 6 months to 12 years old. I am currently a middle school (since 2015) and high school basketball coach (since 2016). In my spare time, I love exploring the world and playing basketball. I have a Master's degree in International Marketing from Boston University and also a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in Early Childhood Development from Arizona State University's Online Program.

Ever since I was young, I have always adored kids. I am a CPA and have a full-time accounting job; however, I mostly work from home and I have to say that the kids make our home a much happier place. I call myself “Lola” which means grandma in Filipino. Because I am not on the child care floor full time, I am more like a lola who helps out
when needed and loves to play with the kids. On my spare time, you can see me reading a book, like my favorite princess, Belle.

I am very passionate about working with children. I come from a big family with 4 brothers and 4 sisters, which exposed me to a fun-loving and caring environment. I have earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the Philippines and have been working with children since 2008. In 2010, I started working as a preschool teacher and have been doing it ever since. I love sports and have volunteered to coach both children’s soccer and volleyball. On my spare time, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors and playing sports (Basketball and Flag Football).

Hi, I’m Mariana Rodil! I’m originally from Venezuela and currently studying Business at North Seattle College. I bring over five years of experience working with children as a nanny, where I developed a deep understanding of the importance of patience, consistency, and supportive care in early childhood development.
In my current role as an Administrative Assistant, I help ensure that both of our centers run smoothly each day. I support and help train our Spanish-speaking teachers, assist with team coordination, and contribute to creating an organized, welcoming environment for both staff and families. I’m committed to helping every child have a positive and enriching learning experience, and I take pride in being part of a team that values care, growth, and community.
Outside of work, I love hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors—nature is my favorite way to recharge. I’m also a native Spanish speaker and enjoy building connections through language and culture.

With over 15 years of experience in education, I am a passionate and dedicated leader committed to nurturing high-quality early learning environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow. At the heart of my work are the children and their families; every decision I make is grounded in their well-being, development, and success.
My background includes leadership roles in early childcare centers, elementary schools, and international language programs across Europe, South America, and the United States. This global experience has shaped my deep respect for cultural and linguistic diversity, and I strive to create inclusive spaces where all families feel seen, heard, and respected.
I hold formal education in both Administration and Early Childhood Education, which has strengthened my ability to lead with intention and support meaningful learning experiences. I bring expertise in program management, curriculum development, and teacher mentorship.
My goal is to support educators, empower families, and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive in a joyful, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

I’m passionate about working with young children, watching them grow, exploring, and
discovering the world through play and imagination, I bring years of experience working
in childcare centers.
Helping little ones build confidence, communication skills, and curiosity is what brings
me joy every day. I’ve been a preschool teacher for the past 2 years, during some of the
most important and exciting stages of their development. I love creating a playful, safe,
and nurturing environment where little ones can explore, learn, and grow. From helping
toddlers build early language skills to supporting social and emotional development
through play, I find so much joy in guiding and celebrating each child’s unique journey.
I’m someone who finds joy in the simple things_fresh mountain air, wagging tails, and
quiet mornings by the lake. I love skiing and spending time outdoors, especially up at
Lake Wenatchee, where I’m currently building a cozy cabin retreat. Life is never dull
with my four lovable dogs and one very independent cat, all of whom keep me on my
toes and fill my days with laughter, cuddles, and a bit of chaos.

I've been working in early childhood education for over six years. I’ve had the joy of
caring for and teaching toddlers and preschoolers during some of their most important early years.
I truly believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and
families—because when we work together, children thrive. Helping children build
confidence and a love for learning is the heart of what I do every day.
